Plant-It-Pink Luncheon: Friday & Saturday 11:00 a.m. & 1:00p.m. Ticket $13 (Reservations requested) Enjoy a seated luncheon at the First Baptist Church newly renovated fellowship hall. Proceeds from the luncheon benefit the Montrose Restoration Fund as well as the fight against breast cancer. Guests receive packets of flower seeds and are encouraged to go home and plant it pink! Seating is limited and reservations are required.
Cocktails & Characters: Friday 7:00 p.m. Ticket $30 Journey back in time with some of the most interesting characters from Holly Springs. Your ticket purchase will include a short walking tour guided by local historians down Salem Avenue to see costumed characters (played by celebrated local performers) tell the stories of the gorgeous homes along what was formerly known as "Silk Stocking Row" . End the evening with heavy hors d'oeuvers at the famed mansion Montrose, where more characters will greet and chat with you over a delicious complimentary "Salem Sunset" cocktail. Tours start at 6:00, 6:15, 6:30, and 6:45, ending back at Montrose.
Montrose Under the Moonlight: Saturday 7:00 p.m. Ticket $25 Doors open at 7:00 p.m. where you will be welcomed with heavy appetizers and a silent auction. Cash bar includes $20 beer cups and $25 liquor and wine cups. Complimentary non-alcohol drinks included.Presentation of the queen and her escort will be at 7:45 p.m. followed by the Madison Blue Band of Memphis, TN.
Southern Sunday Brunch: Brunch & Home Tour $35 Brunch only $13 Begin your Sunday tour of homes with this elegant brunch on the grounds of Montrose. Brunch will be served from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. Seating is limited. Reservations are encouraged.
A Walk Through Time- Guided Tour of Hillcrest Cemetery: Saturday 10:00am—11:30am Ticket $12 per person Join us for a walking tour through Hillcrest Cemetery. Tours begin at 10:00am, leaving every 20 minutes at the northwest gate, with the last tour starting at 11:30 am. Purchase tickets in advance online or the day of tour at the Marshall County Library or at the cemetery gate. No tours in the event of rain.
The Holly Springs Garden Club is an organization dedicated to the preservation of Montrose Arboretum. All proceeds from the 80th Annual Holly Springs Tour of Historic Homes go to the preservation and restoration of antebellum Montrose and its grounds. We welcome and appreciate any donations.
